Car rack for hanging bikes

Hi, I bought my Saris from asiaxpat, but Flying Ball and Bicycle World in Wan Chi sell them. For Thule I would check out their web site and try ( good luck ) to get some sense from the local agent.

I'm a novice in bike riding. I want to buy a rack to carry my bike to some safety places for riding. Any suggestions and what are the prices for a new one or a second-handed one?
