Thanks to all the HKMBA volunteers (about 60 in all) who came out for two weekends in a row in January to help dig the new trail which will be officially named the "Tin Fu Tsai North Moutain Bike Trail ". This new loop (including a section of the forest track) will comprise 2.1km in all. We are informed that the Tin Man will still be officially off limits to mountain bikers.
On March 4, 2012 the Tai Lam AFCD have asked HKMBA volunteers who previously participated in trailbuilding workshops to come back and put the final touches on the new trail and be the among the first to ride it. If you have not registered yet to dig then please see the registration details below. However if you just want to come and ride the trail (provided you have your MTB Permit ) then it will be open from 1pm onwards.
