After succesfully guiding MTB riders around Hong Kong's trails, Steve Coward, of CrossCountry HK, is now providing weekly fitness sessions around Victoria Peak.


Steve says  ...  "My aim with the ‘Peak Bike Fitness’ program is to offer a 90 minute session with emphasis primarily on building fitness through multiple sessions on road."
